At Fitness Depot, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect tools to reach your peak performance without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
